The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the staffing objectives of Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. (PCPPI) based on the Recruitment Plan.

S/he will be responsible in generating, building and maintaining strong candidate pipeline for current and future talent requirements of PCPPI.

What you need to be successful in this job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related discipline.
- With at least three (3) years working experience in end-to-end recruitment and familiar with various sourcing channels.
- Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer is preferred.
- Shared service experience is a plus.
- Must have good communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and can handle recruitment for multiple locations.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
