Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI) has appointed Rafael “Raffy” M. Alunan III as Chairman of its Board of Directors and Ramon M. Lopez as Vice Chairman.
Alunan has served as an Independent Director of PCPPI since 2007 and previously held the position of Vice Chairman. He brings extensive leadership experience from the public and private sectors, having served as Secretary of Tourism and Secretary of the Interior and Local Government.
Moreover, Lopez, who joins the Board as an Independent Director, served as Secretary of Trade and Industry from 2016 to 2022. His experience in business, entrepreneurship, and public service further strengthens the Board’s breadth of expertise.
The appointments reinforce PCPPI’s commitment to strong corporate governance and sustainable growth as the company continues to serve consumers and communities across the Philippines.
